It is mandatory for the customer to produce the helpline card to avail the services.
If the vehicle is repairable on road dropping will not be provided.
Petrol upto 5ltr. at actual cost will be provided under emergency.
Tube repair services shall be provided at actual cost. However,this cost is variable and depends upon area to area.
Vehicles older than 10yrs shall not be acccepted. If registration is taken erroneously the same will be refunded provided that no service is availed.
Towing is provided at actual. We don’t own trowning cranes,it is an outsourced facility.
Company will try and ensure to provide service within the stipulated time of 30 minutes, however the company is not responsible for any delay caused by conditions beyond the control of company like traffic jams, riots, road block, route diversions, rain etc.
In case of claim other the accidental Insurance, the amount can not exceed the amount paid by the member.
Company is authorized to add or change any or all the terms and conditions at its own discreation at any time without prior intimation.
In case of misuse of services, helpline services can be cancelled without any prior notice.
The customer or its representative will have no claim against the company or its representative either civil or criminal nature or pursuant to this card in respect of death or injury or the customer any other person or loss or damage to any other property caused by or due to equipment failure,breakdown or accident or fire on utilization of service during the validity of the card.
Claims/refunds if any, will not exceed the residential value on per day porate basis or registration period of the services fees paid by the customer.
For similar faults, services will not be provided more than twice consecutively.
Helpline service is valid for 6 services/ one year from the date of issues. Whichever is early.
Cost of spares ( if any ) will be charged extra at actual.
In case of dishonouring of cheque for any reason, the helpline service automatically stands cancelled. Company reserves the right to file a claim/sut against the party/person/company whose cheque gets dishonoured for whatsoever reason. Membership will be activated only after additional payment for Rs.150/- towards cheque bouncing charge.
Company reserves the right to bar the services of the customer, in case of abusive language used by the customer.
Services can be used only after the cheque, issued by the customer gets cleared.
In case of an accident, towning will be provided by cranes at actual cost.
Rs.50/- will be charged in case of 2 deflated tyre. No charge for stepny changes.
If helpline service is availed without card activation or non-availability of card, a service charge of Rs.250/- ( Rs.250/-only ) will be charged. ( Non refundable ).
Helpline services is not valid for any commercial vehicle.
